HE Universal Appliance repair were great. My initial issue was with Samsung as Samsung wasn’t willing to repair the fridge to begin with. That took a lot of effort on my part.

All went smoothly on Dec. 5. Technician was great. Getting him here took 2 weeks, however.Great job in the end but 11 days is a bit too long to wait.

The Samsung phone representatives were very nice and professional.  The repair was done in a timely manner.
